muscatel grape vinegar or balsamic, pan tosted walnuts and thinly sliced
pear, salt & pepper, shavings of parmesan cheese.....great salad!
Watercress washed well and thick stems removed, sliced red onion, sliced
navel oranges, pan toasted hazelnuts or walnuts crushed, salt & pepper,
extra virgin olive oil, or hazelnut oil, muscatel grape vinegar and
shavings of parmesan cheese.......another winner!
Good sweet cherry tomato's cut in half, red onion, fresh basil leaves,
mozzarella balls, salt & pepper, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar
Char Grill Japanese purple eggplants on all sides, cooled, skinned and
lightly chop the eggplant pulp, finely chopped tomato's, seeds
removed.... minced fresh parsley or cilantro, salt & pepper, extra
virgin olive oil and a hot chili spiced vinegar... chill and serve
Middle eastern tabouli salad (fresh finely chopped Italian parsley,
finely diced tomato's seeds and pulp removed, chopped scallions, cracked
bulgur wheat, fresh lemon, salt & pepper, extra virgin olive
oil..........chill and serve gets better after a day or two!
