Take it. It works.

You and 'what you hear' are confusing creatine with steroid side
effects. Get on the higher end of the learning curve and do some
reading about supplements by starting here: http://tinyurl.com/2djbs

Google searches and that dont really give hands on experience, just some
seller wanting to sell creatine thats it..... There is a few pages on the
facts that creatine hasn't been around long enough to determine the long
term effects... they say it has been tested and can possibly lead to
impotence... but the long term effects cannot be listed correctly due to it
not being around long enough..
So any more wise ass answers?? I posted here thinking since you all seem to
know what you're talking bout that maybe someone could give me some
information on what they took and any effects either positive or negative
they experienced..
as for the other post, yes I know the difference between steroids and
creatine, but if you read up on it slightly, you too would see that creatine
has been proven to raise the testostirone levels in your body!!!! excess
testostirone levels in the body CAN lead to hair loss!!!! hence the reason
its alot more common to see bald males rather than females!!!. I like the
way that there's a few wise asses out there(not speaking bout everyone) that
think they know a bit and think of themselves as superior and talk down to
even insult someone who's looking for guidance... If your not willing to
help or share your experiences then DON'T!!! there's no need to be pathetic
and write stupid thick brain dead answers to make yourself feel "superior".
if you wanna pick a fight or insult someone don't hide behind your PC, go
out into the real world!!! see how long you last!!..
Thanks to the people who answered my questions directly without being smart
bout it.

Boy, you really need to take a deep breath. Before you go and offend
everyone who might help you really should LISTEN. I'm guessing you did a
Google search for websites and that's all. Did you know you can Google
search newsgroups (and the archives)? So since your question has been asked
about 479 times you could just go read the replies to those other inquires
(certainly a better idea than being pissy at anyone trying to help you).
BTW, while you're doing the Google thing, try looking up Will Brink and
seeing if maybe he has a better understanding of what he's talking about
than you. See, you go and spout the
marketing/anti-marketing/myth/propaganda tag lines and it's pretty obvious
to everyone else just how deep your knowledge goes.
Go in peace.....
Explain this term "help" you refer to quite a bit.... cause I aint sure you
and I have the same meaning of the word.... I don't care who Will Brink is
or what he does!!! ok so he might know his stuff, if as you say its been
asked 400+ times and you don't wanna be asked again, we'll then don't
answer!!! there's no need in cutting down someone who isn't as "EXPERIENCED"
as you and Mr Brink SEEM to be.... If I went to the doctor, said I was sick;
I'm stating the obvious but he's hardly gonna say NO YOU DON'T SAY!!! Why?>?
cause someone who doesn't know whats wrong is asking his advice!!!! A doctor
doesn't have attitude!!! pity it can't be said the same about you or MR
BRINK!!! you were once clueless and new to all this as am I.... Pity you
seemed to forget that...
All HAIL Mr Brink!!!.. I can just see you in one of his fans Tshirts... "a
bit of Brink in me" or some [censored] like that!!!..

Ah, so you control newsgroups now? Anyone can respond any way they want.

pointing out the obvious.

I haven't forgotten it. But as a newbie you should take responsibilty for
your own education and spend 2 minutes researching your question. Or,
failing that, be a little less thin skinned about how you're treated.

Actually, I'm not a Brink fan, but I do respect his knowledge in some areas

Maybe you can chalk this up to a learning experience and move on?

Post a study that proves your assertion.

they told me the facts, and the side effects of creatine; So I have done my

me with was correct rather than personal opinion...

Kinda hard not to read it since its addressed to the original post I put

Calling me lazy?? I never said I didn't research, I did one step further
than just looking on the web, I met up with a fitness instructor and a
nutritionist... I did my research, I'm FAR from lazy... Just wanted to
confirm whether the facts they were telling me were facts instead of
personal opinion

A Doctor has a qualification!! hence the reason I pay for his insight, YOU
on the other hand have nothing. I was asking a broad question of personal
experiences etc of the product...

I will move on... I have a life!!! I came here looking for information, you
on the other hand use this place as your sanctuary!!! a place where you can
feel good and pretend you know alot on something which you obviously do not.
Enjoy your life my little friend... and enjoy PUMPIN the iron, cause by the

Usually I don't make a point of intervening in these love fests, but
if you seriously plan on using this group for information in the
future then you probably should rethink your tactics. Mocking Will's
knowledge of nutrition only makes you look like an idiot. It's like
making fun of Arnold Schwarzenegger's biceps.
Eventually you are probably going to have some actual questions that
you want answered, and if you antagonize the folks here then it's
entirely possible that you will simply be ignored.
Just some friendly advice.
