Front derailleur selection

Those capacity ratings are quite conservative. Any derailleur capable of
shifting a triple should do, since most triples have an even larger jump
between the big ring and granny.

The biggest issue won't be the total capacity range (fudging one or two
teeth past the published max should be no big deal) but rather how well it's
designed for the largest/middle combo. For example, a derailleur made for a
53/42/30 will have a differently-designed cage than one made for 53/39/30.
In general, the larger the gap between the two larger chainrings, the more
difficult shifting will be.

A standard Shimano front road derailleur will even work with 62-52-39
rings, though there is not much room for error (<1 mm) in setting its
vertical position.

Hi, Shimano Dura-Ace Triple is designed to work with the DA 30-39-53
crankset. I have one and it works just fine.

Hi, Shimano Dura-Ace Triple is designed to work with the DA 30-39-53
crankset. I have one and it works just fine.

FWIW, I replaced my Ultegra crankset (30-42-52) with a DA (30-39-53), and my
Ultegra FD still works fine. (In fact, I shouldn't have touched it
probably, as it then took a bit of "experimenting" to get it right again.)

Can you suggest any specific derailleurs for that sort of combo?

Either the new Ultegra-10 triple or DuraAce Triple-9 should do well, as
they're both made with a 39t middle in mind. Don't use the older Ultegra-9
triple front though, as it was designed for a 52/42/30.
