The myth that vitamin C and B6 (pyridoxine) cause kidney stones,
still finds considerable media acceptance and exposure, despite it
never having any empirical basis[33a] and actually disproved in
1996[89]. Instead magnesium, with B6 (pyridoxine), helps prevent
kidney stones[86c].
