I am running my first 10K in May 2005.
Does anyone have a suggested training schedule? This is my first 10K
Thanks.

You can pick novice level, intermediate, or advanced.
I am starting the Hal Higdon intermediate 5K training for a race April 17.
Good luck!

Runner's world also has a very credible 10 week beginning training
program.
Check out some of the books at your local bookstore, I know Barnes and
Noble has quite a few with varying training guides depending on your
schedule. Just get comfortable out on the roads.
