I bought a cheep crank a while back, and i am looking to upgrade it soon because some of the chain rings are bent. I want to go with Shimano because the rest of my chain set is all Shimano.
I generally buy kit for my bike off Chain Reaction Cycles (www.chainreactioncycles.com) and i just dont know which crankset to go for. I dont know whether to go for a splined crankset or a Square tapered one.
I am about 6 2" tall, i have read another thread about crank lengths and would like to go for 175mm or 180mm crank length, but this hasnt really helped me choose.
Any advice on cranks would be appreciated, and thoughts on Splined or Square tapered cranks would be appriciated.
