  1. I just cooked a batch of snacks and boy are they good.

    Frozen Brussel Sprouts.
    Cooked three minutes in boiling water with garlic powder, butter,
    olive oil, pepper, creole spice and a teaspoon of splenda.

    Cooled and put in plastic bags in the freezer for snacks.

    No, I tried that and frozen sprouts do not work. Gotta nuke em for
    15 seconds, then anything goes to get about 3 of them in your gut asap
    where they start curbing your appetite and fighting cancer, etc. I
    added them to my vegetable soup yesterday and they hit the spot.
    Mostly, I use them as a safe snack to prevent me from overindulging
    in other less healty alternatives. The cooked frozen ones do great in
    a lunch.
