I just cooked a batch of snacks and boy are they good.
Frozen Brussel Sprouts. Cooked three minutes in boiling water with garlic powder, butter, olive oil, pepper, creole spice and a teaspoon of splenda.
Cooled and put in plastic bags in the freezer for snacks.

No, I tried that and frozen sprouts do not work. Gotta nuke em for 15 seconds, then anything goes to get about 3 of them in your gut asap where they start curbing your appetite and fighting cancer, etc. I added them to my vegetable soup yesterday and they hit the spot. Mostly, I use them as a safe snack to prevent me from overindulging in other less healty alternatives. The cooked frozen ones do great in a lunch.
