wrapping a frame

I think the theory is the uglier you make your bike look the less likely it is to get stolen. And if you tape over the decals your average thief won't know if it's an expensive bike or not.

kinda like a "ooh, i'm not gonna steal that one, it's only held together with tape" type of deal,
