  1. Anyone have any success using a balance ball for desk seating? I'm considering,
as long hours seated recently seems to wreaking havoc on my spine, with
    cramping, numbness, etc.

I've heard the balls keep your core muscles more activated for long hours of
    sitting.

Wow! She can make sense? Ok, on the topic. My balls have kept me occupied, some
even say pre-occupied, for many years now. They only make my right wrist sore.

  3. Have you
    No luck finding a partner?

    If not,
    Perhaps you should self-assess,
    Evaluate your personal best.

you might want to have that looked at by a professional...and i dont mean
the ones you normally visit...a MEDICAL professional 🙂

Ok, how about looking at your symptoms from a Systems point of view:

What, if anything has changed since you were symptom free:

    1. different types / intensity of exercise.
    1a.Excessive stretching?
    2. Stressed or worried? This is the main thing that triggers back pain for
    me.
    3. Sitting/working more?
    4. Driving more? (increased driving is correlated w/back & sciatica
    problems)
    5. Shoes worn out?
    6. Weight gain (when I gained 10 lbs 10 yrs ago all kinds of pains
    appeared).

If nothing has changed that you can see, then make some changes and see if
it gets better. Or visit an Osteopath or Chiro and see what they see.

    Thanks for you thoughts.
    But as for the ball?

    Less exercise.
    Less stretching.
    Sressed, depressed.
    Sitting more in wrong-type chair.
    Shoes fine.
    Weight ~same.

    Correction course:
    Resume exercise/stretch program.
    Get better seating choice.
As for the rest, just doing my best.
The first 2 should correct my back,
As for the rest, just doing my personal best.
