  1. Well Im back again....up down up down down up!
I reached my goal in 1998 of 150 pounds, kept if off
until 2001 when a series of very major events occurred
and during which I returned to my old eating habits.
Fast forward to now, I am getting married in Sept. of 2005
and today decided to work on losing the weight I gained.
I would like to set my goal weight at 160 for now, and I have
35 pounds to lose. Hard to believe I put back on 45 pounds- ouch!
Anyway, thanks for listening and I will be posting.

Thanks so much! That and turning 50 is a great motivator. I also know this
newsgroup really helps me keep focused.

    Are you exercising?

Yes, I exercise 5 times per week.
I had fallen to 3 times a week for awhile and now Im increasing my cardo, using
the eliptical trainer for 45 minutes. More movement, less carbs, thats my
    motto!
