I'm not so sure. Since the operator would have had to be on the seaward
side of the crane (to see), it looks remarkably like him (or her) in
photo 4 level, dressed in a yellow fluoro jacket, hitting the water
right beside the last visible bit of the crane boom. In which case I
seriously doubt he'd be uninjured with X tons of crane arriving on top
of him very rapidly afterwards.
