I just found Low Carb Eggo Waffles in the freezer at smiths. They
don't knock me out of ketosis. But not everybody can eat most things.

Smothered in real butter and atkins maple syrup they are delicious.
don't let them get cold though. that's the only time you taste the
soy.

Agreed - I did a review a few months ago on the Eggos and proclaimed them
inedible. Since I had purchased 2 boxes, I had to figure out a way not to waste
them. I ended up getting them REAL crispy in the toaster and putting a little
more butter and instead of pouring the syrup directly on them, I put it on the
side and dip each forkful in the syrup. Much better!!

I've found that with any non-real pancake type thing, the trick is to
heat up the butter and syrup ahead of time, and dip the food into it.
Cold syrup will suck the life out of fake pancakes.

Yes, and in the case of the Eggos, they got all soggy and icky!

I read this and went right back to high school. occasionally, we would have
"belguim" waffles. thick, dense with deep holes. I could actually pour all
of my syrup, 3 or 4 of my friends syrup, and the 4 oz glass of oj that came
with it. the sausage was gray. <shudder> but almost edible. but we NEVER ate
our waffles!
