  1. I was at the health food store buying my sugar free peanut butter, and
I found this stuff called tahini, which tastes a lot like peanut
butter but has fewer carbs. The sugar free peanut butter I buy has a
about 12g of carbs, but this tahini has only 5+. It is made from
sesame seeds. It tastes a bit more dry than peanut butter, and it has
a slight bitterness to it, but it makes a good spread for your low
carb bread or high fiber crackers.

i was actually wondering about the carbiness of tahini. i love to make
    babaganoush.

It's not carby, but it is calorie. I use the light kind. That's light
    color, not lite calorie.

Mmmm. Zap some yogurt and garlic together in a blender and
then stir it into tahini. Heaven.

  6. Mmmmmm tahini.
If you want to find great things to do with tahini, look up Greek or Middle
    Eastern recipes.
