Cubit,
You've lost an enormous amount of weight and seem to have hit a level where
your body wants to stay for a while.
You have two choices:
1. Obsess about how you can't lose any more weight, get disgusted and crash
off the diet, and regain all you lost and more or
2. Maintain where you are right now, rejoicing in the fact that very few
people can maintain a 10% weight loss to say nothing of a 28% loss like
yours.
For those of us who have pushed our bodies to weights far lower than where
they want to be, those BMR calculators are rubbish. I did enough logging
over more than a year to determine that my body maintains very nicely at
1500 calories while the calculators say I should be able to eat closer to
2000. If I eat that much for a week I gain a pound of real weight that won't
come off no matter what I do.
I'd suggest that you work on improving fitness and stop looking at the
scale. You're a zillion times better off than you were at 300+ pounds.

I tried several BMR calculators on the web. Each had different numbers,
but

The caloric burn rate for 223 pounds is a lot less than it was for 311.
I feel so frustrated.
