habits
Quoted message said:I believe. Still low carb and all. I usually eat 3 meals a day. Breakfast,
lunch, dinner.
The hours I will be attending are noon to five. No break, no lunch time.
I eat breakfast in the mornings around 10 oclock. Then lunch around 1.
Then

Any ideas on how to work this out. Eat one large meal before school... On
the

time.
Quoted message said:I don't know. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
For a few months earlier this year, my schedule changed so that I started at
noon, and worked until 8pm. No break, and in my work I cannot "snack at my
desk".
It was doable. Going for 5 hours instead of 8 sounds drastically better.
What I did was wake up earlier so that I could have breakfast earlier. This
would often be a light breakfast because I wasn't used to eating so early.
Anyhow, then I would eat "lunch" JUST before I had to drive to work. I'd
eat dinner when I got home.
The first week was the most difficult, but after that my body (and
especially my appetite) seemed to adjust to the new eating times and I
didn't usually feel hungry during my 8-hour no-food time.
If you do find yourself hungry during your 5-hour no-food time, you could
carry a container of nuts in your bag. An ounce of nuts is often enough so
that you don't feel hungry between meals.
Actually, looking at the times you currently eat meals... you have
breakfast, then 3 hours later you eat lunch, then 5 hours later you eat
dinner. Your new schedule doesn't sound like it will be much different,
just adjust the times that you eat your meals - the amount of time between
them will be similar.
