Seriously though, for those of you under 50 who haven't yet enjoyed the load o' fun that is a colonoscopy, just you wait. Weigh yourself the morning before you check in, after you've done the prep (which is 90% of the load o' fun, the actual procedure isn't all that bad) and tell me how many pounds you're down. It was sure the quickest 8 lbs I ever lost, and I'm what you'd call a regular guy ;-)
