otherwise?
My husband often doesn't have a lot of time to prepare something and eat
it in the morning. He prefers breakfasts he can eat in the car, as he
has a 45 minute commute anyways.
He's allergic to tree nuts so the prepared bars are out (although there
may be a nut-free one out there). I brought up the induction muffins
since I think that's a great idea for my breakfasts, but he told me that
he generally doesn't like baked egg dishes and it isn't something he
could eat one-handed.
I'm coming up blank for ideas, so anything y'all can throw my way would
be appreciated.

For post induction:
Breakfast burrito with an lc tortilla - can be filled with leftovers
from the night before or scrambled eggs, cheese and crumbled bacon
(made the night before then warmed in the morning) then wrapped in a
paper towel or a baggie for the drive...
A sweet burrito...plain lc tortilla spread with cream cheese, a light
dusting of cinnamon and splenda with a layer of thinly sliced
strawberries.
A wrap sandwich, a la Subway or Safeway but made at home. BTW...I get a
Safeway wrap and have it cut in half for use as 2 meals. I eat them for
breakfast or on the drive home...as long as it's held by a baggie!
My outta-time breakfast is a meat stick and a cheese stick from Costco!
(this one's ok for induction)
HTH!
