Dude, are you sure that's your HDL and not your total cholesterol?
In any case, that's a mighty impressive number. Must be the fish 🙂

HDL is only 100 here. Total cholesterol is 180. Chol/hdl ratio: 1.8.
    Try beating that!

In general think of penned in fish being fed chemicals to grower bigger
faster. This doesn't cover the raw excretion from those fish that go
    into the water.

Stuff "eating farmed fish" in a search engine and have a good read.
    try http://www.bluefish.org/dangerin.htm

Nothing beats nature I guess, so they can absorb mercury the natural way...

I believe the fish pellets are made from ground fish (among other
things) and are highly concentrated forms of food to grow the farmed
fish to market size quickly. The concentrating process increases the
intake and thus the absorption of toxins moreso than in a wild fish.

Kewl! Glad I don't eat that [censored]. Fish'll kill ya!

Ha! I beat the lot of you hypochondriac weanies. Never been tested (and no
    intention of getting tested either).

As they say in the movies, what you don't know can kill you.

HIV is no laughing matter Timothy, get tested.

Conversly, what you *do* know may cause you years of unnecessary anxiety.

I'd rather trust my family history than a single blood test.

Now that Tim, is " head in sand philosophy." And you used to be close to
medicine, frightening. People closest to the medical world make the
    worst patients.

I'd never been tested either until 2 weeks ago, when a "health fair"
(including free cholesterol screenings) was held at my work. I had no
idea how insanely healthy I am. I'll probably end up one of those
    demented old people who just...won't...die...

You are already that, try for something new.
