Grab a snickers or two. Yeah, they aren't the most healthy, but seem
to give me that extra boost when I need it. Energy bars just don't do
it for me. Accompanied with a Powerade, you should get the energy you
are looking for.

it dangerous to put anything in my mouth that could get sucked down my
windpipe. The thought of choking while at or above AT is pretty
