If your wheel needs to be relaced, you should have the builder use spoke
washers. This spreads the load over the whole spoke hole and reduces the
stress raising going on.

Hugi should probably warranty it...

Are you going factory direct with your warranty claim, or through a
LBS? FD will probably be faster, though I've never done that to any
of the Hugi hubs I am riding and have been riding since 1998.

BTW, I was looking at the photos of the Buzz Bomb's dropouts, and how
the chain/seatstays connect to it. I'd seen it before, but where....
