If I switch the front light on, in any mode, the speedo reads 0 MPH.
When I'm in the mood, I intend to see if I can do a bit of screening with

Eeek - something badly wrong there. I've had no trouble, the comp reads
sensibly all the time.
I did have a problem with eratic readings when I first installed it, but
then I discovered that I should have put the magnet at one end of the
sensor, not in the middle, and once it was moved, problem solved.
