Gawd, I'm SO tempted. At least I'd never have to worry about my sons
    stealing my stuff.

Well-l-l ppl might mistake you for Jan Ullrich's girlfriend, but I say go
    for it.

Actually it's a nice pink (on my monitor), more of a magenta-rose.

I've been eyeing them, too. I'm probably a little too conservative for pink
    though<g>

You might enjoy this site. There are quite a few who are into pink - you're
    not alone.

Now all you have to do is get a bike like mine and you can really
    ride in style!

What, you couldn't find a saddle and bar tape in pink? Somebody call the
    fashion police. <g>

Slap an ONCE logo on the jacket and I'd wear it. It would go great with my ONCE
TdF jersey. I'm probably less concerned though about others' opinions than are
    your teenaged sons. <g>

Did you get past the homepage and onto the "Pink Sightings"?
    http://www.girlbike.com/pinkbicycles.html

I think we're going to see a lot more pink. Maybe as I become one of those
"crazy old ladies" I'll add some pink to my biking attire<G> I'm so used to
wearing black shorts and yellow shirts it's going to be hard.

There are a couple of posts below your photo about a guy whose bike is
locked to a bike rack at his school with a Kryptonite lock -- and he's
    lost the key.

I wonder if it's still there *now*.

I don't know about that--with the whole 80s nostalgia thing going about I
can see pink items becoming a hot commodity...

Mmmmm, pink panel shorts, scrunched leg-warmers, and Duran Duran blaring
from the flesh coloured handlebar radio.

    😄

It already is. In the chichi shops, I was strongly tempted by a pink
back pack with decorative chromed studs and black leather straps until
    I saw the price!

Perhaps Mary K (the cosmetic company with the pink cadillacs)
might consider a pink bicycle as a replacement for the car,
    given we're approaching $50/barrel oil!

I like the shag rug one in Germany. And the wisecrack from the guy
    at Burley: "Clonestrong" bikes.

Me, I'm looking for pink and lavender for a couple of riding
seasons, and then I'll switch to red and purple. Made a lovely helmet
cover to wear in a parade...

Team Terry? While that has a nice ring to it, you'll want a T-Mobile
Women's Team kit to look truly hot in pink:
