Sure it will, if you Google it in MFW. Lotsa folks have tried it. I
prefer Zinc straight up with a tequila chaser, Patron preferably but
Quervo Gold will suffice. -

Try the search string "victor conte zma fraud":
http://groups.google.com/groups?q=victor+conte+fraud+zma&start=10&
Short answer: Zinc and magnesium will improve performance if you're
deficient in those minerals. If not, they're essentially useless. You
can obtain those mineral supplements individually at much less cost
than ZMA. And for years, Conte was blasted on MFW by many (including
myself) for promoting the success of his ZMA athletes. The truth about
what those athletes were *really* taking is now a matter of public
record, and Conte has been sentenced to a term in federal prison.
BALCO Labs is dead, except for its ownership of the license on the ZMA
name. You buy into these supplement scams much too easily. Maybe you should
stay away from those bodybuilding web forums. -

about ZMA, so I thought I'd ask what MFW thought. The only supplements I
take are protein/carb shakes (plus the multi, fish, calcium, etc...). I have
taken post-ban oral prohormones, commonly named "designer steroids," but
prohormones nonetheless.I do visit bb.com, anabolicminds.com, and the likes, but only because the
topics discussed there are beyond the realm of MFW. At least the current
state of MFW. -

Go ahead and hang out at the boards, John. If you think you're
getting good information there, then why ask questions here?To gather more information and find the truth. As many immature people there
are here (TBR), the knowledge of building muscle is more mature. It's sad
that a lot of the postings on the boards come from 17 year olds looking to
use steroids. And that's what I'm talking about. It doesn't take much intelligence
or instruction to put on some muscle by injecting stanozolol and
nandrolone for a couple of months, then capping it off with an
aromatase inhibitor. It also has its risks, both legal and
physiological, and those risks increase with time and volume. If you want to hang with the boyz and discuss the novel ideas on
androgen cycling, more power to you. Most of us here are in this for
the long-run, and we discuss things that are more sustainable. -

social interaction there are ebbs and peaks. The fact that usenet is
inherently superior for information and I like unmoderated forums keeps
me coming here. I also subscribe to a couple of email groups. But
web-based forums just don't work for me.--

web-based forums just don't work for me.What you say is quite true Keith, but the reason has been John
Williams interminable obsession with those he sees as "trolls".He is incapable of letting some people post here free from his
overbearing and self-important interference. He got away with it for years but inevitably he came up against
someone who resisted his bullying determinedly, and he wouldn't back
off and let certain people be assimilated. The result was that people took sides, became factionalized and
eventually got fed up with the constant bickering, and quite rightly
buggered off. This Group will never recover until John Williams stops his silly
obsession, and lets us all contribute here free of obstruction from
him and his overbearing manner. If he doesn't, he will be opposed ad
infinitum, so he's not going to get his own way, and the Group is the
ultimate loser. The salvation of the Group is in his hands, but not for the reasons he
likes to think. -

So true. You are Fing lucky you got me here to give you [censored] advice,
and keep you off roids. -

Before you call anyone a "kiddy," you should visit the boards. A kiddy would
limit their research to one source.I visit and post to most of the major forums (run my name on bb.com for
example) and they are 90% kiddies who pretend to know what they are
talking about (but don't), 7% decent people above the age of 18 with a
clue, and maybe 3% that actually have a clue and give good info and
response. 3% is bing nice on my part....--
