So, on the LMPSMF, you start to get creative and I discovered a nice shake:
Two scoops vanilla whey protein powder 1/2 cup nonfat half and half 1/2 cup nonfat milk ice 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and the secret ... 1/2 tsp orange oil
I remembered how much I liked those orange/vanilla push pops as a kid and gave it a try. Not bad at all. It almost erases the memory of the choc protein powder over ff cottage cheese that I tried a while ago. Oh the horror.

Try this:
Salted cockatoo infection on top of spoiled earwax balls and kitten brain vinaigrette with rotten cadaver foreskins, dished up in a circulating mug filled with expensive croutons of cancerous growth in salt water, a side of sea snail and a keg of pond scum.

I think you were supposed to blend that chocolate protein powder, cottage cheese, splenda with some gelatin and voila a nice dessert! To make a skinny iced latte, add chocolate protein powder, a couple of cups of cold coffee (or instant coffee), skim milk, lots of ice, some hazelnut/vanila or other fatfree creamer, dash of vanilla/cinnimon to taste and whirr up in the blender. Tasty :-) Try adding vanilla or chocolate protein powder to already cooked oatmeal. I use the old fashioned kind of oats microwaved, add a scoop of protein powder with some skim milk and then pour it over the oatmeal. Protein powders vary GREATLY in taste by brand. Many taste like wallpaper paste. I do like Costco's chocolate whey protein powder and also Natures Best Isopure in both vanilla/chocolate.

have you tried adding cinamon to vanilla whey?
Yup. I tried nutmeg and coffee too. All are improvements over straight vanilla whey.
