I was looking for something to use my sour cream on, before it gets too old.
My dinner was a mix of sour cream and cashews.
It sounds odd, but tasted great. It was very filling too.

Sour cream tastes good with almost anything. Maybe excepting lo-carb
chocolate covered hot dogs...

I like sour cream mixed into scrambled eggs, instead of water or milk.
Yum, indeed.

I like to mix half sour cream and half cream cheese with cocoa powder
and sweetener for a chocolate omelet (also using sweetener and cocoa
powder in the egg part).

Mmmm. Lo-carb chocolate covered hot dogs. Can you get those at Trader Joe's?

Don't use too many cashews, though.

Sounds good : ) My fridge-cleaners had hoovered all my sour cream and Greek
yoghurt up today, so we had low-carb tortillas spread with a mayo/fruit
yoghurt mix - probably not worth repeating!

I mix equal parts of LC salsa, Hidden Valley Ranch dressing, and sour
cram and use it for dressing over taco salad made with romaine
hearts, shredded cheddar, and hamburger. YUM!!
