Yay, go Swe!

The helmet is filled by the release of air within the models heads.

So... that's like an Air-Bag for the cyclists head? And... all I'd have to do is wear a big friggin collar around my neck that holds the air-helmet? Which to be honest... I kinda like.

I think I need some sort of head gear. I wear a helmet because my wife makes me... and I wear a do-rag under the helmet to prevent sunburn. Plus... I like the protection from bugs I get from some sort of skullcap. If I didn't wear a helmet I don't think I'd ride bare-headed. I could wear a ball cap turned around backwards.... but the idea of completing the look with my tights pulled down to my.... well lets not even think about that look.

I think for me a helmet is just part of the kit. And that is after all.... what all the cool cyclists are wearing.

When racing karts we have to wear a 'horse collar' under the helmet.

They are hot as hell and uncomfortable, but they help keep you from ending up with a broken neck in the event of a rollover. I would think the Swedish inflatable collar/helmet to be very uncomfortable for cycling in at anything faster than a grocery-getter pace.

The model pictured, however, is even hotter!
