  1. Came back to over 1200 messages - don't feel like sitting
and reading all of them, so they all got deleted! Congrats,
commiserations, ataboys - or whatever applies to any and
    all of you.

Surprising I only gained 2# on our trip - not for the lack
of eating. Never saw so much food! However, we walked a lot
    - downtown Portland on Saturday, Portland Zoo on Sunday,
tulip festival on Monday. Pikes Place Market on Wednesday.
Fri and Sat we spent on the Oregon coast and walked up and
down trails and steep steps all of both days. Friday we saw
a big pod of killer whales (with a few grays thrown in for
good measure) off Cape Meares - that was pretty exciting.

Sat morning I woke up with a scratcy throat. By bed time it
was more than scratchy, my throat felt like someone was
trying to cut it & my chest burned like fire! Not much
sleep Sat night, and then the lonnnng drive home Sunday.
Never was so glad to see our house as yesterday evening.
Have a dr's appt tomorrow, hope I feel enough better that I
    won't have to go.

  2. Sorry the vacation ended with the sore throat but it sounds
like you had a great time until then and did pretty darn
well from a weight perspective for a VACATION.

Hope you're feeling better today 🙂

  6. I'm feeling much better today. Might even get bags unpacked
& things put away tomorrow. Yesterday, I didn't do anything
except sleep. Today, I had to go grocery shopping - the
cupboard and refrigerator were pretty bare!

  7. That's funny since in the last few days, traffic/messages
have backed off considerably. Or my news-server is not
    gathering as often????
