As a Pro TOur team, they're required to enter a team in all three GTs

What are the UCI ProTour races?

The most prestigious races of the UCI international calendar make up the UCI
ProTour calendar. These are the Major Tours, races in the current UCI Men's
Road World Cup and the biggest one day and stage races. Another selection
criteria is to keep a good balance in the geographical distribution of
events.

Who takes part in the UCI ProTour?

Twenty or so teams (19 in 2005), UCI ProTeams take part in all races on the
UCI ProTour, which enables them to gain points on the basis of which the
rankings are worked out. UCI ProTeams are holders of a UCI ProTour Licence,
awarded by an independent body, based on objective and transparent criteria.

01/12/2004: Press Release : Agreement between the International Cycling
Union (UCI) and the three Grands Tours organizers

The International Cycling Union (UCI) confirms the following points on
December 1st 2004:

- The three Grands Tours organisers (ASO, RCS and Unipublic) have registered
today their 11 events in the UCI 2005 ProTour calendar, which comprises from
now on in total 27 competitions.

- The 19 UCI ProTour Teams, which's list was published yesterday (November
30th 2004) by the UCI License Commission, guarantee their participation in
these events, according to the UCI ProTour Regulations; the organizers
accept their participation.

So you think that Postal/Discovery won't be going to the Tour this year
just because they don't have it listed on their race schedule?? Or
that they won't be invited? Har har har... You're funny.
