WTD : New pannier recommendations

Karrimor were bought within 24 hours of going into receivership. I
don't see why the new owner (Lonsdale) shouldn't be able to carry out
repairs to their products.

The answer to pannier questions is nearly always "Ortlieb", not the
cheapest to buy - but should last longer than most - so are perhaps
cost effective as well.
