  1. Does anyone have the book (or DVD) lying around that they'd
like to get rid of? I'd like to read it; I've heard good
things . . . Or at least does someone have some good
freestyle drills? I'm getting kind of bored with mine.

p.s. sorry for the crosspost, but I know that it's a
popular book for triathletes too and I do read both
    newsgroups

Have you checked your local library? I've seen it in
    libraries around here.

  3. Yeah, I'm at Georgia Tech, and someone has it checked out
until the end of the semester . . .

At the risk of getting far off the original topic, most
university libraries allow you to recall a checked out book
and receive it within a week. Of course I have no idea
    about Ga Tech.

I just gave my TI book away. You could check out ABE to see
if there are cheap used copies available. Go to www.abe.com.
I buy most of my used books there. Madelaine

Good prices on the books I checked, but $4.00 for shipping
    on a softcover? Yikes!
