  1. There was this big guy in college ( he works out ).
I asked him questions about bodybuilding, like what kind of supplements
    i should take and others.
He told me that i should work out 3 straight days, then take 1 day ff,
    and then do another triple.
    Is he right.
I read that u r not supposed to work out two days in a row.
But, this guy is gigantic. He must be doing something right, if he is
    that big.

So - should i work out 3 days in a row. OR is this guy a fool.

You are both wrong--Arnold Schwarzeneger worked out 6 days every week.

    Remember: MORE IS BETTER

    Depends on your routine.

Also, no matter what people say in the real world you work 5 days a
    week.

In the army, does the enemy stop attacking every two days in a row?

Don't know if there is an answer to this. "It depends" might be in order as
Lyle used to say. It also depends on how hard you push your muscle groups
in your workouts. It also depends on your goals.

This is what I've been doing lately...

I work out six days a week. But weights usually only 3-4 days. The other
days I'll just run for 30 minutes or do MA, but I still usually do some
cardio on my lifting days, after lifting of course. My goal has been
cutting BF while maintaining as much LBM as possible. I'm down to 185 from
198 at the end of December. I think I'll stay with this approach through
    the summer, then bulk.
