Women's Road Bars?

The Deda 285 (also called the "Piega"😉 is a good choice in the 40cm width
(Deda specifies widths from outer edge to outer edge, so their 40cm width
is equivalent to other manufacturers' center-to-center 37.5cm width). The
drop on this narrow model is only about 133mm. The reach is quoted at 86mm.
The part of the bar leading to the hoods is nearly parallel to the drops
(the deviation from parallel is only ~20 degrees) so it can be positioned
nearly horizontal ...which makes riding the hoods comfy.

I find these bars very very comfortable in all possible hand positions.

Deda 215 comes in three models. The shallow drop is short on both drop and
reach. Ritchey's Classic bar is similarly proportioned.

These probably don't qualifiy as "high end", but I have Salsa Poco bars on
my Aegis Swift and love 'em. They're short and shallow (reach: 70mm, drop:
140mm).
