Yes, the biggest fan you can get your hands on! Overheating is one of the biggest reasons many folks struggle to sustain the same power indoors as they typically manage outdoors.
I run a fan with 14" blades (as I recall, haven't actually measured 'em) and after breaking a sweat I switch it to its highest speed.

+1 I start with the fan on low speed for my warm-up, then crank it to top speed for the rest of the workout. I also use a small fan to blow over the heat sink of my trainer. I have a Cycleops Fluid 2. I used to get multiple "shifts" in the speed / wattage curve but with the fan on the heat sink, I only get one "shift" now, which is usually about 5 minutes into my workout during the warm-up.
im posting a multi part cycling specific weight training series on my blog. allanrego.blogspot.com. weight training is an excellent way to develop force and power abilities in the winter months.
With racing in mind I would be looking at more L4-L5 work over the winter trying to lift the threshold higher. But staying fresh through the winter is key which is why I suggest group trainer session of group rides if weather permits..... buy wow gold cartier love bracelet cheap wow gold
