Lafferti is the suprise witness.
His third hand claims dominate French and Italian courts. He knows.
He also claims to be abducted by Space Aliens and transported to
mysterious Titan.
Brain Leffertiti became so pumped up withTitan's methane lakes and
atmosphere that his hot air dominated RBR forever and ever, haunting us
all. He's in the Club of One. The One True Disbeliever.

Might they have been referring to Emma O'Reilly or is it someone else?
From Reuters:

And you Brian, have always been one, you "one-note object of ridicule
who garners zero respect here." Is that how you go through life?
Alienating all? You have in RBR my lad. You lost my respect a few
years ago.

It may well be a BFD Asswipe when Lance lands in France and the police take
him in for some friendly questioning. Lance's buddy David can tell him what
to expect.

from the news report I heard they spoke of this "other witness", a

mean someone who wasn't mentioned in the book and whose claims, until now,
hadn't been made public.

Correct. He wasn't in the Walsh book. According to EuroSport (reporting on
the French press coverage), the guy is an osteopathic physician who's name
was given to the authorities by Emma O'Reilly. The physician has admitted
working with Armstrong, claims doctor patient privilege (which will not
cover any crimes committed) and says that Armstrong wins because of his work
ethic. It should all start to get very interesting from this point forward.
First Ferrari. Now this guy. Who's next?

HOLY [censored]! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!
We actually agree on something.
What sport has more testing? Yet cycling not only has more speculation
but also more empty accusations than any other.

If he steers clear of France, that's the second European country he's
persona non grata: IIRC, he's skipping the Giro because of (imminent or
outstanding?) sporting fraud charges related to the Ferrari affair.
