doctor/physical therapist in the Hte. Savoie region. I understood that to
mean someone who wasn't mentioned in the book and whose claims, until now,
hadn't been made public. -

the French press coverage), the guy is an osteopathic physician who's name
was given to the authorities by Emma O'Reilly. The physician has admitted
working with Armstrong, claims doctor patient privilege (which will not
cover any crimes committed) and says that Armstrong wins because of his work
ethic. It should all start to get very interesting from this point forward.First Ferrari. Now this guy. Who's next?
