otherwise I've had very good service.Try again, addressing your email to "The Manager", and/or send a letter.
Goods can be returned without contact in advance if a refund/exchange is
required.~PB

any repeat business.

I received a cateye computer and the jersey was a different size from
the size ordered. The shorts were fine, but there weren't any wine
gums. One picking mistake I can attribute to a momentary lapse; two picking
mistakes is incompetence. They answered my email promptly.

Yes, so easy you'd think wiggle themselves would be able to stick the
phone number on their website.Colin

Yes, so easy you'd think wiggle themselves would be able to stick the
phone number on their website. But then you would have people ringing them up and ordering stuff

Well, now you mention it, pedals ordered Thursday, delivered Friday,
free postage. And some packets of Xstals, which seem to be glucose sweets. They
promise sweet stimulation. I wish. -

But then you would have people ringing them up and ordering stuffWiggle's business model depends on a high degree of automation; they
probably don't have enough staff to deal with a lot of telephone calls.
You can't get everything for nothing. Wiggle gives a fast reasonably
efficient service on a wide range of stock at prices which are on the
whole reasonable. If you want someone to talk to, there are plenty of
other suppliers who offer that service.Quoted message said:

I've had generally good service from them, but this doesn't count when there wasn't a problem with the sale. The one time I did have a problem in that they sent me the wrong replacement tubes, they were quick to reply to my email requesting a return, and quick to refund me upon receipt of the tubes too.
