I was innocently waiting to cross the road on ym bike, and some stupid teenager leaned out the window of a car and gave me a nice little welt with an airsoft gun. I found out that he got arrested later for shooting out of a car window. He's lucky that I didn't have my Green-gas powered airsoft gun with me....

I mean honestly, why do people do this? Are their lives that boring that they have to try and hurt people they don't even know?

Because kids these days have not been beat enough. I frequently get pelted by loose change, thrown by irate motorists. You know why they have change handy to throw...leftovers from the Happy Meal with Biggie Drink and shake are too valuable to them. Change is cheaper.
Some kids in my brother's neighborhood have been smashing windows of cars. On his street alone, there have been 5 rear windows and 2 fronts shattered. Police have not caught the perps.

Concur...The parents are the problem. If you have ever been to a PTA mtg, you'll see just how many parents take an interest in their child(ren) 😠
