Why is tourism "exempt" from issues such as limiting car and aeroplane
use?
Government makes all sorts of noises about us using our cars less for
commuting etc but at the same time is promoting tourism from all over
the world.
And most walkers use cars to get to their walking destinations.
Bit of a fraud, isn't it?

All truth passes through three stages:
First, it is ridiculed;
Second, it is violently opposed; and
Third, it is accepted as self-evident.
