the stupid texan needs to learn that most cyclists drive cars too. I am a cyclist and a driver and yes CO, the humour was completely lost on the little [censored] for brains.

MPro, excuse the guy for not being in your (our) "club" of people who pathetically spend enough time on here (I'm guilty too) to know your personality and to recognize your jesting. You show *very* little class my friend...

  2. wow, you can talk alot of [censored] on here, question is, would you do it in front of my face, and still be able stand.

you should of never wrote what you wrote in the first place. i don't think it's funny to joke about hurting other human beings.

I'd bet Pro would say it to your face. Have you seen the guy? Weighs 350lbs and stands 6'10". Hear he is good with a pool cue.

Give this Scot a wide berth. He's a mean one. We can tell by his lack of humor.

  11. You know what, I'm just gonna try and be a man here. I did not mean to offend anyone. I started this thread, cause I figured it would help those cyclists that have been in similar situations. I came to this site to learn about a sport I have come to love very much. I understand now that maybe it was not the right thread to start. so I apologize. MountainPro I'm sorry I did not catch your dry humor. I offer nothing but respect to all my fellow cyclists. in return i hope I can gain the respect of those who have been here and have created a community of friends.

Stick around. Don't take any offense. We've been known to beat a dead horse.

    with pool cues.

Don't worry about that. I definently will. I really don't see any point in getting offended by someone who does not even live in the same country I do, let alone my own state.

pool cues in my car, schythes sticking out of my wheels....i would of thought it was pretty obvious i was joking....

i am a dedicated cyclist and get hassled by [censored] in cars all the time but i do my fair bit to provoke them such as riding in the middle of the road preventing them from over-taking, weaving in and out of stationary taffic (yes, i am guilty m'lord) and taking short cuts over pavements etc...

as for my motoring attitude....i was yanking your chain, i am a very curteous driver when i encounter cyclists..honestly...

  16. Sorry, but I just dislike hearing or seeing people harm one another. We are all we got. so we better make the best of it, and help each other the best we can. But thats just me. For god's sake, i'm trying to become a Youth Conselour for "At-Risk" kids.

My last name is Hoy. I was just trying to find out if my last name is Irish, or Scottish. I don't know anyone personally in my family on the "hoy" side.
