What a punk.
It's the new extreme sport (sorta), parkour. Works great if you are
being chased by a large dog, cops or a large cop dog. Pretty nuts...!

Not bad, but can he do this? 😉 (seriously, damn impressive and I know
I couldn't do any of that)...

No only could I not do that, I wouldn't do that (though of course, I wish I
could).

Nope - he couldn't. Very impressive, Will.
I kinda like the crossfit site - and while I don't necessarily agree
with their version of 'chaos' training if you want to excel at one
sport, I wish I could have it all.
The absolute strength of a powerlifter/strongman.
The explosive strength of an olympic weightlifter.
The body control of a gymnast.
The endurance and skill of a wrestler.
To be honest my workouts right now work on aspects of these four
disciplines. But at my age I'm beyond ever excelling at one.

Preaching creativity but you're still using your apparent attempt at a
dig, though, huh?
See, Larry, as the Arteest, I am sticking with a creation that works.
Y-y-yes, m-my accurate, imo, impression of you works like a
ch-ch-charm, s-seem-m-mingly. 😉
It certainly works much better than your buddy's killfile
recommendations. Or is that troll faq for entertainment purposes only?
Regardless, thanks for your reply.
JAY EMM, GONNA ADD HIM TO YER ENAAAAABLER LIST, PAL? HUH, HUHH???
(Just thought you'd like to know.)

That's very impressive, Will. I see your training is coming along
fine.

I'm a lover, not a fighter. This week anyway.

Cover your [censored]'s boys!
Thanks guys. Hey, do either of you have experience with olympic
lifting shoes and in particular how they compare to Adidas Sambas or
other indoor soccer shoes? I've been using the Sambas as a cheap
alternative for squatting but I've been hearing good things about oly
shoes also helping with push presses and tire flips. Do the oly shoes
have significantly more of a heel? Is the heel significantly stiffer?

Yeah, the weightlifting shoes I use are the most rock-solid shoe I've
ever worn. I used an indoor soccer shoe and there is no comparison. The
heel is actually wood.
My shoes are type A

Can't vouch for other types of WL shoes - I've only used these.

Now, this is a workout.
When they talk on cell phones at the end, they say that the actual
"workout" for today is canceled - so it was all just playing around.
