I was born in 1948, making me 57, yet after taking the survey it told me
I was under 18 and terminated.
Take some programming classes before you post a faulty program.
As an engineer I find it rather embarrassing to just blow it.

And sometimes one must make due with the limitations of the hosting
service.

The first page had a skip to the last page if one entered a birthdate
making them less than 18. The second-to-last page was the "Thanks for
participating" message, but setting this as the "end" apparently didn't
literally end the survey there, allowing participants through to the
"You're too young" message.

If you got to the end, you completed the survey.

Thanks to those who offered a polite notice of the glitch, it was
repaired soon after the survey was launched.
