All right, my first weigh-in back on program after the baby, and I've lost 6 lbs!
Well, some of that is because I wore jeans last week. I figure a lot of that is water weight that my body is letting go of from my pregnancy (the baby is two weeks yesterday).
I'm down about 25 from my all-time high during pregnancy of 202.
The program is going fairly smoothly for me. The 10 extra points I get for nursing help! Plus I'm walking 1-3 miles each day - as much as the baby and my body can handle.
Now, if I could only keep up this rate for the next 5 weeks I'll be back at goal in no time! (Kidding, I realize that it will take at least 6 weeks....)

As I reread my post, you're right - wet jeans! The other factor that's making it easy to stay on program is that the baby requires so much of my attention that I don't often get to make lunch until later in the day than I normally would.
The downside to all that is I have a challenge keeping easy, healthy snacks. Yesterday, we ended our walk at the grocery store and I picked up some fruit and celery. Hopefully, I'll have the time today to clean the strawberries for my afternoon snack.

Thanks, Anny. It's great to see the weight coming off nearly as quickly as it came on.

Thanks, Connie. I'm thrilled that the baby weight is coming off so quickly. It was tough during my pregnancy when I went over 200 lbs, because that was a 50 lb gain for me. I had planned to only gain the 35 that was recommended, but things didn't go as planned - obviously.
Bottom line though is that the baby was healthy and is doing well. Now I just need to fit back into my "fat" work clothes in 4 weeks.

Hey, it baby takes your mind away from food, so much the better. And fruit and veggies are great snacks or light lunches. You are still feeding two, so that does matter.

Yes, I'm feeding two, but one of us is only 10 pounds! WW gives me an additional 10 points, which translates to about 500 calories, which is right in line with what my healthcare provider has suggested for me.
I'm not usually eating my FlexPoints, but today I was able to eat more and so will use some that I didn't use yesterday because that was a rough day.
