Great news.

I recently tried on a size 42 jacket and I still need to reduce the
stomach size to fit well. My neck size is down to an easy to buy 17 1/2,
down an inch.

The money you can save on regular clothes and end of season regular size
clothes sales is enough to buy a lot of steak.

Keep it up.
