position on the bike is new (test in windtunnel at MIT), his
candance has been optimized, his stronger and most importantly - he is
motivated.

You must count the 2s/km advantage that the Maillot Jaune gives. You
have to count that twice, thought, so 4min advantage before Saturday
should be enough. Not that it would ever happen, except virtually.

He lost a little more time this morning (stage 15) thanks to time
bonus. He wasn't smiling this time.

I forgot... a quick look at this years results at the Dauphiné. (only
about 6 weeks ago)

(1) Mayo = 55.51.49
(5) Armstrong = +1.57.89
(29) Basso = +6.43.87
