I'm more surprised he hasn't TT'd this well before. He's always had
phenomenal power output. He *should* be TTing like this.

He should do better in road races too, but it seems that he's not a
skilled pack cyclist and wastes lots of energy. Too bad...

Floyd's climbing form looked pretty darn good today... Keeping up
with *two* Disco boys on Brasstown to stay in yellow. Nice job, Floyd.

Dumbass -

He'd better beat those guys since he left the team to go ride for
himself a year early.

If he'd stayed on, they'd be riding for him this July.

Some of the guys that left that org. have done very exceptionally well
(Boonen) some fairly well (Landis), some were a disaster (Livingston).
Then another had great success and now lives in ignonominy (Hamilton).

As an aside, it's really nice now, having a number of riders on the
other side of the pond who are competitive. Although N. Americans
aren't making their presence felt much in one day racing, there's going
to be multiple guys able to make an impact this July. Landis,
Danielson, Zabriskie may all have major D1 teams working for them. It's
a far cry from the old days of Greg Lemond and no one else, or maybe
one other guy like Hampsten. Or the early 80's when we had no one
(Boyer the child molester doesn't count).
