  1. Im looking for a new Trials Uni and there are a few that have caught my
    eye

    The onza 20" trials cycle

Torker Unistar DX 20-inch Trials cycle

qu-ax trials cycle(except i no longer see this one on
    unicycle.com...hmm)

any help in choosing one would be appreciated, i have been leaning
    towards the Onza the most.

Also, some backround about the kind of riding i do might be useful to
you. I ride alot of street stuff, rails, benches, stair sets, you know
    things like that.
Im looking for a uni that can handle some major abuse...so far every
unicycle i have had hasnt been able to handle the beating. I just
    crushed a torker(cx i believe) jumping off a 7ft drop to flat.

    anyways, any help is appreciated.

  4. awesome, im thinking that im definatley getting the onza.
anybody know how much it weighs stock?

im glad that i decided to get on the internet and ask for some help.
The guys at my local bike shop are way cool but know basically nothing
about unicycling. I didnt even know other people did street riding
untill i looked on the internet, i feel like i found a lost
civilazation or something. I mean, i have been riding street features
this whole time and untill this week i had no idea anybody else was
    doing it.

    thanks for the help.

  6. i have heard that the kh and onza are pretty identical.
    are there any big differences?
also, what crank size do you recommend?

  7. The only diffrences are: the onza frame is heavier then the KH frame
(but not by too much), the onza comes with an alex DX32 rim, which is
slightly less wide and i think a tiny tiny bit heavier then the KH rim.
Addtionally i think they both come with the same. But the KH does come
with snafu's well it seems that the onza only comes with no name bmx
pedals. So the KH comes with better pedals. in any case they are both
great uni's and fun to ride!
    thanks
    bry

  9. the KH frame is awesome
it's low-profile and close to the tire so gliding etc is easier, you
also won't hit your knees on it

also, the KH comes w/ an awesome thin seat taht rocks for seat out, and
    it's lighter

    save and get it

  12. hmm, for not that much money the KH sounds alot nicer than the onza.
i think that i might be able to talk the guys at my local bike shop to
order one of each and then let me test ride them and buy it from them,
they are usually pretty cool about that kind of stuff.
but from all the nice things being said about the KH i just might have
to go for it. Also the fact that i really respect Kris Holmes and
    things...

    well thanks for the help

time to go ride. good weather finally!

NO! lol.. I have ridden both, and I like the lnua better because I ride
street.. but for trials I think the cc owns more.. it's bigger and has
    more bounce too..

  20. as far as cranks go, 127 is what most people get for street, 140 for
trials, but if you get it from a bike shop, then youll probably have to
settle for one size only unless if you buy a different pair
