Which team will Rasmussen move to?

Is it clear Rasmussen is not banned? Doesn't the UCI treat three missed tests that have warnings to the cyclists as a non-negative test? If so, could Ras be subject to punishment such as required suspension?

He didnt miss 3 tests, actually he didnt miss any UCI tests as far as i am aware.

He missed 2 Danish Federation tests and failed to notfiy UCI twice about his whereabouts for which they issued a recorded warning for the first and a written warning for the second.

By the letter of the law he has not done anything for which he can be banned.

If Discovery wanted Basso, then I see many teams would want Rasmussen, he is an amazing mountain specialist and as we have seen from the Tour '07 he can now perform in the TT's!

It was wrong that he was ejected from the Tour via Rabobank and it really would be wrong if this cyclist is prevented from cycling.

I feel though he needs to join a team with a stronger management who would show no fear in confronting the press.
