I like #21. The spikes would be a good reason not to end up on the top
tube.

I also like #24. I could work on my laptop while I ride. It's a bit
bling for my liking.

Given that these monstrosities are owned by those who could (usually)
easily afford to run a car / motorbike, I guess we should be thankful
that they are wasting their money on 144 spoke wheels and chrome plating

Ah, but the likes of you and I have different criteria for bikes. The
owners of these "cruisers" intend to do exactly that. The aim is to
travel slowly, drawing attention to how shiny and pretty their bikes
are. I would prefer to be travelling fast enough that they don't get a
chance to look. ;-)

Personally,

I like them, wouldn't really want to ride one far, but anything that
contributes to bike culture is welcome, particularly in the Land Of The
Car.

An ICE XXL with flame orange paint and added chrome would not look out
of place :-)
