Tyler's case won't be decided until sometime in April. Below are the
three arbitrators who will decide Tyler's fate. The first guy was
also the arbitrator in the Amber Neben and Adham Sbeih USADA cases.
In Neben's case, he voted for no suspension for Neben. Tyler needs at
least 2 of the 3 arbitrators to find in his favor or he has to work at
Tugboat's Bike & Ride in Marblehead, Mass.

Umm, yeah, right. Only if Congress passes some totally unnecessary
legislation to let him get it into the federal court system. Why not?
