Yeah, he's seen it. It was posted in the monkey section on his site a
few days ago. Good find, though.

I neither know nor care. I barely have the time to participate in the
things I'm already involved in - I'm not looking for more.

Take heart. You are one of the "Inner Circle" here, like the former

I really like it here. And being here has helped me a lot - refocusing
on lifting has aided my forward progress a great deal, and for that I
owe you a big thank you, Elzi. Your comments about cardio vs lifting
and balance a little while back snapped my head right back where it
needed to be.
Also, the grapefruit thing is really working for me 🙂

Not sure what you mean by that. I'm not even a keto dieter.

Quoted message said:Also, the grapefruit thing is really working for me 🙂
Story: I dragged my sorry ass in to the 2-day molecular pathology
'retreat' armed with a box of Kleenex, eucalyptus drops and a plastic
bag of two giant Texas red grapefruits. I tried to be inconspicuous
about blowing my nose, timing it during the clapping after speakers,
in between speakers, or, in those cases when it seemed that a quart of
snot had to be slowly milked out, left the room for the hallway.
So, who sits behind me but the very handsome, bright eyed PhD who
heads the proteomics core lab and research. Brilliant fellow and
passionate about what he does. Also a big turn-on (tall, full head of
fluffy brown hair that begged my fingers, sparkling eyes, animated
talker; hot, baby, totally hot).
The bag of grapefruit are sitting on the table in front of me and he
leans forward asking me if I have giant puffballs or shrunken heads
hidden in the bag. Instead of laughing in response I proceeded to
accidently knock said bag of 'shrunken heads' on the floor where upon
they rolled out of captivity and under the tables in opposite
directions. Gasp! So we both dive under the table to rescue the
'puffball shrunken heads' and he remarks "Ah ha, eucalyptus! You must
have The Crud, too! " Nice; great first impression on the man that
makes me sweat.
After capturing the now identified large grapefruit, the hunk behind
the twinkling laughing eyes invited me to visit his lab to check out
the mass spectrometers. (and discuss developing a protein microarray
for muscle proteins). I'm so there.
Yeah, the grapefruit is working for me too.
